-- During his match with Evan Bourne on RAW this week, Jerry Lawler referred to Sin Cara as "RAW's sensational new Superstar Sin Cara." WWE champion John Cena vs. CM Punk is set as the main event of the 7/17 Money in the Bank PPV.

Punk announced on Raw once the match was set that his contract with WWE expires the next day, 7/18 and he would be leaving WWE, teasing that he was going to win the belt and walk out with it.

We reported several months back that Punk had turned down attempts by WWE to sign him to a new deal and was considering an exit from the company. We'll have an update on his status, what is legitimate and what is an angle, during the next few days.

SmackDown! averaged 2.71 million viewers, approximately the same as the previous week. This extends the program's streak of less than 3.0 million viewers to seven consecutive weeks.

It is the lowest rated episode of 2011. The previous low was set on May 6 with a 1.73 cable rating.

John Cena Addresses Mixed Crowd Reaction

-- John Cena tweeted the following today: "The divide between those who stand with us and those who stand against us is becoming more aggressive," Cena wrote. "I love it. I think it makes for an unreal WWE experience. I have never told anyone how they need to feel about me, nor badgered them for there admiration. But I am truly fortunate and thankful for all those who remain loyal, through good times and bad, dark and light. I will never give up on you."

Averno Unmasked, JR Blogs, Orton Concussion Update

-- Jim Ross's latest blog is available at http://www.JRSBARBQ.com/.

-- As noted earlier, Randy Orton stated on Twitter that he passed the 'Impact test' he underwent on Friday. Therefore, he is cleared to wrestle Christian at tomorrow night's Capitol Punishment pay-per-view event. The WWE World Heavyweight suffered a concussion during Sunday's SmackDown live event in Spain and had to pass the test in order to be medically cleared to return to the ring. WWE had a backup plan in place should Orton not have been able to wrestle.

-- X-Fly is replacing Perro Aguayo Jr. at TripleMania tonight. Word is that Aguayo Jr. looked really bad at a house show at Arena Naucalpan on Thursday, and it was then decided to pull him from the event. AAA is claiming that he is having complications stemming from his cancer medication, but many people in Mexico are skeptical of that.

-- Averno was unmasked last night. For those wondering, he's 34 years old and his real name is Renato Ruiz. You can click here to see photos of Averno unmasked.

Vickie Guerrero's Weight Loss Secret + Fat Jokes

Vickie Guerrero spoke to Kevin Eck of the Baltimore Sun to promote tomorrow night's WWE Capitol Punishment pay-per-view event in Washington D.C. as well as Monday's RAW in Baltimore, Maryland. She discussed numerous topics including how her recognizable catchphrase came out, Eddie Guerrero's influence on her career, her significant weight loss, her weight being lampooned on WWE programming, and more.

Guerrero reveals that her trademark saying, "Excuse Me!", came by accident one night at a television event.

"That was just a fluke," Guerrero says. "I think I probably forgot my lines one night and just kept saying 'excuse me' to remember what I had to say next, and the fans just got louder. I tried it a couple more times and we thought, let's stay with it and see where it goes. Now I sign all my autographs with 'excuse me.'"

Guerrero says Eddie Guerrero is the inspiration behind her heel character as she learned how to cut an effective promo from watching him perform.

She says, "I think it goes back to watching Eddie do promos [wrestling monologues] in the living room and in the bathroom for 15 years. The louder I can get the fans and the angrier they are at me, the more it fuels the fire in me to just push them to the edge even more. It's a high."

Numerous insults have been levied at Guerrero over the years regarding her weight. Despite losing more than 50 pounds since last year, the jokes about her being overweight have continued to linger on WWE programming. She, however, feels it comes with territory.

"The jokes have helped grow my character to what it is," she said. "I just kind of roll with it and leave it behind me when I leave the arena. Again, there's the character and then there's the real person. You can't take what's going on at work personally."

She continues, "They really didn't bother me. Well, I guess they did to an extent, but not to where I was feeling bad about myself. It was who I was. We have beautiful women that work with us, and when I was in the locker room with them and we're dressing and stuff, I would look at them and be like, 'Oh, this is ridiculous. I'm going to change.’ I wanted to feel good being a part of their group and to live a lifestyle that was going to be promoted with the WWE. Now when they say the jokes, it's like, "Whatever.'"

Guerrero attributes her significant weight loss to exercise and a stringent diet.

She says, "I've lost 52 pounds. My secret was to stop eating all the junk food after leaving the arenas. I never really trained the first four years I was with WWE, so I wasn't happy with how I looked and I wanted to have some improvement, so I found a personal trainer and also started doing the nutrition side of it. I'm really happy with the results, and I probably have like 20 more pounds to go. You cut out breads; you cut out all the junk food. I don't drink any more sodas. I just eat healthy chicken and steak and rice. I don't have any fried foods. I do have my cheat days and I look forward to them because you have to enjoy life. It's so bad at our catering at work because our dessert table is bigger than our entrĂ©e table, so I save my Mondays and Tuesdays for a piece of cake or something that’s sweet. That's my reward if I work hard during the week."

Gunner Receives Stitches + Candice Michelle Is Sick

-- Gunner stated on Twitter that he received ten stitches in his head after Mr. Anderson hit him in the head with a pitcher of beer on this week's episode of iMPACT! Wrestling.

-- Former WWE Women's Champion Candice Michelle announced on Twitter that she came down with the stomach flu and therefore will miss her scheduled appearances at this weekend's Wizard World Philadelphia Comic Con.

Michelle wrote, "I've just been diagnosed with gastroenteritis! AKA "The Stomach Flu! :( Unfortunately I will not be able to make the Philly Comic Con! :( Sad, tear!"

-- Larry "The Axe" Hennig turns 79 years old today while Vito turns 42 and Bam Neely turns 36.

Trish Stratus Backstage At TNA Live Event Last Night

Former WWE Women's Champion Trish Stratus was backstage at last night's TNA Wrestling live event at the Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto, Ontario. Stratus lives nearby and was visiting former WWE peers who now work for the organization.

Stratus indicated on her Twitter account that Mickie James, Tara and Winter slept over at her house.

Alex Riley Speaks Out - Breaking Out, The Miz, More

Marvel.com recently interviewed Alex Riley. Here are some highlights…

On His Recent Break Out: Oh my god, it's a dream come true. You can never expect it—well you can expect it, but you're not ever sure it's going to happen. You're dealing with twenty thousand people out there that may or may not react and your job is based on the fact that they do react. You need them to react. So you do the best you can and to try to be as close to yourself as possible and to put on a great performance and hope at the end of the day that they buy into what you're doing. So the fact that they are behind me this quickly is amazing. And I can't wait to give ‘em more, to be honest, because I think once you crack through, it gets easier and easier. So I'm excited, I think it's amazing and it's been a dream come true and the last three weeks have been awesome for me.

On Facing Miz Sunday: I get to prove that I'm not a guy that just needs to carry a bag to have a WWE career; and he can prove, if it happens this way, if he does end up winning, that maybe he didn't need me—who knows? That night and the last three weeks have been very real, and what you see out there is two guys that truly feel the way they do and I think that's why the crowd reacted the way they did. It's because they knew this was not just a performance, that there was a lot of truth to what was going on.

On Advice Miz Gave Him: He used to always talk about being smart all the time. When you see it on TV, you see a bunch of guys that are beating the crap out of each other and talking trash to each other, doing it night in and night out, week after week. You don't really see how smart you have to be to be a part of this company for a long time. He's such a professional and I learned so much just by watching him prepare for Monday Night Raw or prepare for a show in Miami that's untelevised. To take the same amount of enthusiasm with him everyday to work, no matter where he is, it's inspiring. He's always reminded me to just be smart and to evaluate every situation, because every situation you're put in [with] the WWE is different. You can be on the East Coast one week and the West Coast the next week. The crowd's different, the environment's different, and who you're working with is different. So you have to be smart and you have to be very attentive to what a crowd wants to see. Maybe tonight they don't want to see me and The Miz headlock each other and work around for 10 minutes. Maybe they want to see us just kick the crap out of each other and you need to know that and you need to be always evaluating the different situations and I think he does that very well, if not better than anybody in the company.

Jim Ross Blogs: TNA Invading WWE, The Kliq-WWE

Jim Ross has posted his latest blog at JRSBARBQ.com. Check out the highlights:

On Capitol Punishment: "WWE's Capitol Punishment from Washington, D.C. is this Sunday on PPV. I'll be watching from the proverbial "comfort of our own home" and am really curious to see how this one turns out. Randy Orton , who is having concussion issues, vs. Christian might well steal the show that is if Orton is medically cleared to compete. R Truth upsetting WWE Champion John Cena would be interesting going forward. This is without question Truth's biggest, professional opportunity to date. Even though Alex Riley is arguably the underdog going into his match with the Miz, Riley has done some nice things lately and seems to be breaking new ground as far as his career is concerned. I like Riley's athleticism and intensity and, win or lose, the former college linebacker seems to be on the right track."

On the idea of a TNA/WWE invasion story: "No...I do not ever foresee a WWE/TNA TV storyline. What benefit would that have to WWE and can anyone with a modicum of common sense not fathom what a nightmare it would be to structure such a matter? The business in general faces enough challenges within their own confines without creating a nightmarish situation as I perceive this would be. Ain't happening folks. No reason for it to happen. Next."

On the Kliq's Curtail Call: "When the infamous Kliq 'Curtain Call' at MSG occurred I have to admit that, being an old school guy, I wasn't overwhelmed with it. Over the years I have grown to understand the matter better and really am indifferent to it at this point in my life. At the time that it occurred, it caused some locker room issues but they were addressed, eventually dismissed and everyone moved on. Kevin Nash discusses this more on the Legends Roundtable which will air next month on WWE On Demand."

Shane McMahon Calls Leaving WWE 'Brutal'

The Los Angeles Times has an article up that looks at Shane McMahon's new business venture, "You on Demand", forming a partnership with Warner Bros. McMahon also talks about his decision to leave WWE and why it was very hard for him.

The article notes that "rising high up the executive ranks, McMahon was seen as a potential successor to his father. There was only one problem. "He wasn't going anywhere," he said and laughed.

"It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make. I didn't want to wake up when I was 70 and say, 'I should have done that.' It's still hard."

McMahon added that there is still some "residual tension" over his decision to leave the company.

When asked if he'd be striking any deals with his father for WWE content on You on Demand, McMahon cracked, "I don't know, I'm a tough negotiator."

TNA World Title Match Announced + Jacqueline Returns

-- Hulk Hogan stated on this week's episode of iMPACT! Wrestling that Sting would receive his rematch for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship on the July 14 show. He lost the belt to Mr. Anderson this past Sunday at Slammiversary.

While Kurt Angle is the number one contender to the TNA World Heavyweight Championship (after defeating Jeff Jarrett at Slammiversary), Mike Tenay stated that Mr. Anderson's first title defense will be against Sting.

-- Jacqueline returned to TNA Wrestling on this week's episode of iMPACT! Wrestling as she joined ODB in assaulting Velvet Sky following her TNA Knockout Tag Team Championship Match against Sarita and Rosita. Jackie then said in a backstage segment that the Knockouts Division is a joke and she's there to clean it up because wrestling matters to her.

Jacqueline was phased out of the Knockouts Division in late 2008 and ultimate released in July 2009. She has sporadically appeared at independent wrestling events since that time.

Meanwhile, Mike Tenay stated that ODB is not under contract to TNA (despite being listed on the company website's roster page).

Miss Tessmacher Hooters Bikini Contest + New Talent

Darsow is a second-generation professional wrestler; his father Barry Darsow was also a professional wrestler, best known as Demolition Smash and Repo Man.

Darsow worked a tryout match for TNA late last month. He has been training at Brian Knobbs' Florida based Nastyville School of Pro Wrestling in recent months.

-- TNA Wrestling talent Brooke Adams (a/k/a Miss Tessmacher) is among 100 contestants competing for the Hooters Viewer's Choice Award. The winner will be crowned at the Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant.

Tessmacher, who waitresses at a Hooters restaurant in Houston, Texas, has competed in numerous Hooters swimsuit competitions this year. Photos from a recent event surfaced online. These are some of the hottest photos I've ever seen. You can click here to view them.

Crimson Upset w/ Internet Radio Hosts - Details

TNA wrestler Crimson is upset with the hosts of an internet wrestling podcast criticizing his ability to throw a worked punch (after watching his match with Samoa Joe last Sunday at Slammiversary). He challenges them over the internet to take one of his punches to prove that his wrestling ones aren't bad.

Crimson wrote on Twitter, "I dare one of those two Internet geeks to take one of my punches..."

He then thanked his followers for their support, writing, "Thanks for the tweets and support you guys are the best...to the haters hiding behind the computers thank you too the world needs douchebags."

Bobby Roode Speaks Out - Beer Money's Future, Flair, More

Monday Night Mayhem with Bobby Roode
Hosts: The Big Mosh and "The Chairman of the Board" Todd Vincent
Recap by Patterson from New Jersey
Airs every Monday at 6:00 P.M. (CT)

Growing as a wrestler from teaming with James Storm: “When I first came into this company, I was in a tag team with Team Canada. Then they took me off on my own and put some high expectations on me being around the World title picture. I got to be in the ring with some big names and I ended up doing a long run with Booker T. I thought I was having good success as a singles wrestler, but they didn’t have anything for me after my run with Booker and it came down to a creative decision to put me and James together. Honestly, it was only supposed to last for about three months. It lit a fire under both of us and we just told each other to make the best out of this and run with it. We did, and obviously it’s worked out great. Three years later and here we are as one of the most popular tag teams in professional wrestling today.

"What I learned from all this is that when you get an opportunity, like I’m getting now to talk on the microphone and stand on my own, you really have to make the most out of it and make yourself known as an individual. I’m not going to make the mistake again of letting them not have anything for me. I’m going to make them have something for me and hopefully it works out that way.”

The Future of Beer Money: “I love tag team wrestling. I grew up as a fan and I studied the art of tag team wrestling. In this three-year span, James and I have done a lot. We’ve won the titles and we’ve been successful in the ring against all the great tag teams here in TNA. I don’t know what’s left for us to do. We could stick around for a while and do our thing, but the fact of the matter is that tag team wrestling is not as popular as it once was. Tag team wrestling was always a staple back in the day, but nowadays it’s not. There’s going to come a time when James and I are going to get an opportunity to prove ourselves in singles competition. But no matter what, Beer Money will always be around. Nobody’s ever going to forget about us and that’s something we’re proud of. I think we left our mark on tag team wrestling.”

Working with Ric Flair: “It was a surprise to everybody when we first saw Ric come into this company back in January last year. It was really special to get a chance to work with him on the same team as our mentor. I would love to get in the ring with Ric. I’ll never forget that segment we had a couple of weeks ago. It was the first opportunity I had with Ric one on one without anybody else around and it was great. Ric is 60 years old and he’s been around the block, but he can still go. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. He had an awesome match with Doug Williams over in England. If I have an opportunity to wrestle Ric, it would be a dream come true.”

The company’s investment in his superstar potential: "Obviously I don’t want to disappoint anybody. When Hulk Hogan says something like that, I’m going to take it to heart and do everything that is expected of me. That’s my goal. I’ve been ready to do this for a long time. To the fans, expect the unexpected. I was taught that you have to be different from everybody else in order to be successful in this business. You’re going to see Bobby Roode be his own person and become a superstar.”

-- Trevor Murdoch told Pitch.com that he was returning to WWE after doing his final indy show for MPW this Friday. I've been doing this since I was 18 years old. So I'm at an age where when I went to WWE the first time, I was 25 years old, and I'm really excited that I'm still at a young enough age that I'm going to be able to go back and do some good things on TV. My [5-year-old] son is now old enough to see me and understand that daddy is on TV, and he loves pro wrestling. So I'm fired up to be able to get back to working on TV again for sure., he said. We'll have a more update on this later today (Thursday).

The first taping is scheduled for June 29 at the Impact Wrestling Zone. It has been confirmed that Jeff Jarrett is backing the promotion.

The Ultimate Warrior Responds To Male Escort Rumors

The Ultimate Warrior has responded to a recent online rumor that he used to work as a male escort in the Atlanta, GA area. The rumor says he used to be an escort in the 1980s before joining the wrestling business. A fan asked Hogan about this on Twitter over the weekend and he responded with the following: “he was more than a male escort. You guys figure it out. HH”

Warrior then responded with the following tweet of his own, taking yet another shot at Hulk and Linda: "Warrior God for ULTIMATE time. Demand is HIGH. Escort limited to pro-wrestlers wives. Reserve right to refuse service. No, HH. Linda, no."

Randy Orton Suffers Legitimate Concussion

Randy Orton did suffer a concussion while working in Madrid, Spain on Sunday. The concussion story they ran on RAW was a legit reason as to why he could not perform.

WWE is still pushing that Orton will wrestle Sunday at the Capitol Punishment PPV, and while that would have been a given back in the day, wrestling seven days after a concussion is more questionable in 2011.

Orton was asked via Twitter why he didn't wrestle on RAW. He replied: "because I was knocked out in Spain. U can't wrestle, or should i say, perform, the day after a concussion."

The Latest WWE NXT Elimination Revealed - Details

Tyson Kidd's Rookie Lucky Cannon was eliminated from NXT Redemption Tuesday night.

He joins Byron Saxton and Jacob Novak among those eliminated. The remaining contestants are Redemption Points leader Titus O'Neil, Conor O'Brian and Darren Young. The date of the next elimination was not announced.

It's interesting how Cannon was axed following reports that he was arrested several months ago for impersonating a police officer. You can click here to view his mugshot photo.

Jim Ross Blogs: Austin-Piper-RAW, R-Truth, Booker T

Jim Ross has a new blog entry up at http://www.JRSBARBQ.com/ Here are the highlights…

On Steve Austin: @steveaustinBSR and @R_Roddy_Piper were the two highlights for this old schooler on Monday's Raw. They both know how to fully command an audience and still have 'it.' Austin can be so intense that it bleeds through the TV screen. His Clint Eastwood-esque delivered line to CM Punk...."punk" was golden. @CMPunk and Austin have excellent on screen chemistry and back in the day they would have had a helluva run. Nothing but money.

On R Truth: R Truth' s professional career has never been more elevated. He fits the role that he's in well and it would not shock me to see, by hook or crook, R Truth upset @JohnCena this Sunday on PPV to win the WWE Title. Long shot? Perhaps....but stranger things have occurred on a WWE PPV and no one can argue that a Truth title win wouldn't 're-shuffle the deck.'

On WWE's Top 25 Managers: WWE.com did a list of WWE's top 25 managers. These lists always encourage plenty of debate. It isn't the list that I would have complied but I enjoyed the feature. Check it out at http://www.wwe.com. Leaving off Gary Hart and JJ Dillon made no sense until it was made clear that the list was for WWE alums only. I do agree that Bobby Heenan is a clear cut #1 and is miles ahead of the competition. 'The Brain' is THE BEST MANAGER EVER for my money. Bobby is still battling health issues and I think about him every day. Keep 'The Wease' in your prayers.

On Booker T: Thought Booker T had his best nite to date at the announce table with King and Cole. Way to go Book! Announcing live TV for WWE isn't an easy job especially when one is 'green' in that area and have had little or no formal training or ample practice.

Hulk Hogan Speaks Out - Steve Austin, TNA's Talent, Savage

Hulk Hogan recently spoke with ESPN.com. Here are the highlights…

On Randy Savage: "Out of all the guys who have died, that one hit me the hardest. I've known a lot of guys, I've walked into hotel rooms where there have been bad situations, but that one was a tough one."

On Wrestling Steve Austin: "If there is that one last huge match that really, really meant something to the fans, that would have to be against 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin. I can see him already making appearances back on TV and he's already starting to get full of himself," Hogan said. "I heard him say for a while that his back and his neck were too messed up to wrestle, but from I've been seeing lately, I think he's getting geared up to do something and I'd like to be a part of it."

On TNA's Talent: "I've really tried to be optimistic when looking at the talent that is there, and I've already tried to give the football to a couple of guys who are there and they are just so off into that: 'TNA Wrestling, this is TNA Wrestling, I have a five star match every week.' But that's not the big picture."

On Matt Morgan: "I think the one guy I really need to focus on is Matt Morgan. There are a couple of things that need to be fixed, and one of the main things is his interviews. When Scott Steiner looks at you and calls you a punk and says you look like a tiny turd in a toilet bowl, you need to comeback and say something about how you can look over the top of Steiner's head. Instead he's out there talking about how he respects Steiner as an athlete. His whole rap needs to change. I think if we sit down and really dial Matt Morgan in, he can be somebody who can really turn things around and lead Impact Wrestling to the promised land."

You can read the full interview at http://espn.go.com/

Bischoff & Hogan Happy With TNA’s Direction

Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan recently posted some thoughts about TNA via Twitter. Here is what they had to say…

Hulk Hogan: Sting is really turning it up, worked with him in a situation last night and I saw something come from him I've never seen before, he's on HH

Chris Jericho & Others Support Zack Ryder - Details

Chris Jericho posted the following on Twitter about Zack Ryder not being used on RAW. It sounds like Jericho is a broski…

"So LAME that WWE didn't include @ZackRyder on Raw last night. No reason not to!! Wrestling is supposed to be FUN remember? Time to riot..."

Dolph Ziggler also claimed via Twitter that WWE "kicked [Ryder] in the nuts" by not using him on RAW.

Zack Ryder himself also commented on not being used:

"I wasn't on Raw...(besides all the Ryder signs and chants)...but you can catch me this Thursday on WWE Superstars."

Wade Barrett also showed support for Ryder by tweeting: "WWWYKI."

Tommy Dreamer's TNA Release Confirmed

-- Tommy Dreamer's profile was removed from the Impact Wrestling roster page over the weekend, thus confirming his departure from the organization.

Meanwhile, Suicide has been added back to the page.

What Happened After RAW Went Off The Air

After Raw went off the air, The Miz came down for his advertised WWE title bout against John Cena. They went back and forth. CM Punk, Sheamus and R Truth attacked Cena, who won via DQ. Steve Austin made the big save and laid everyone out with Stone Cold Stunners and a beer bash to close the taping.

There were loud "We want" Ryder chants all through the night in between segments and during the Santino vs. Sheamus bout. WWE really missed the boat by not doing something more prominent with him on the taping.

They were selling signed John Cena photos and the Edge retirement shirt last night.

The biggest reactions of the night went to Steve Austin and John Cena, followed by Zack Ryder. Sin Cara received one of the larger reactions of the night.

Latest on The Rock and John Cena’s Feud

The Rock posted a link to a YouTube video this weekend that showed a woman talking about how much she loves cats. Rock said if Cena were a woman, he would be that woman.

Cena responded on Sunday and wondered how The Rock has so much free time when he has been out working RAW live events. Cena wrote:

“Hey dwayne. Sorry I didn’t see your message until now. I was busy at WWE live events. I know u don’t have any idea what im talking about… Its ok. I don’t expect u to understand. Enjoy your web surfing. Sounds like u have plenty of time to look up some real cool stuff. :) ”

Cena also re-tweeted comments from fans that were knocking The Rock.

More WWE Releases In The Near Future?, & More

We noted earlier here on the website that WWE released Michael Tarver, Jacob Novak, Buck Dixon, Buddy Stetcher and Ethan Levin over the weekend.

Tarver was on the inaugural season of NXT not to mention an original member of The Nexus. After being dropped from the group in October, he was brought back for several television appearances that saw him standing in the background. He never returned to WWE in-ring action. Tarver announced this weekend on Twitter that he has changed his user handle to his real name. "Hello everyone my name is Tyrone Evans (michael tarver) and I have changed me screen name to my real name," he wrote. "michael tarver belongs to wwe TYRONE EVANS xB2.0x belongs to GOD and im about to ATTACK ,,,GOD HELP US ,,,,stay tuned.........."

Jacob Novak participated in the current season of NXT, but was eliminated first for the second consecutive season.

Dixon, Stetcher and Levin were seldom featured developmental wrestlers.

I wouldn't be surprised to see more WWE releases in the near future. They'll likely happen after the TV tapings tonight and tomorrow when everyone heads back to Stamford. CT. WWE releases usually begin in developmental and then move their way up to the main roster. We shall see soon enough.

Zack Ryder Speaks Out - Character, YouTube Videos, More

Zack Ryder recently spoke with Newsday, here are the highlights…

On starting Z! True Long Island Story: "What happened was that about three months ago I was sick of just not being on TV, sick of just sitting in the background on the sidelines. So I created my opportunity. I created my own Youtube account. My parents got me a Flipcam for Christmas. And I started to make my own shows. And 16 episodes later, more than a million views, it's starting to pick up… All my days off is basically doing that show. It's thinking of things and messing around with my friends. They'll help me film stuff, like the Superstars General Manager—just things to create controversy in a funny, light hearted way… I think I had no creative output before, so they really didn't know who I was. I had a couple matches here and there, but I never really had a chance to show who I really was, my personality and show how charismatic I was. Now this show has taken off. Guys like John Cena, The Miz, 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin, Chris Jericho are all praising me on Twitter and stuff like that. I wrote the bonus forward to Chris Jericho's book. It's just unbelievable. I think everyone is starting to notice."

Does He Get Heat Over The Show?: "At first, I was afraid too. I thought, ‘Am I going to get in trouble?' But I'm not trying to cause any problems. I just want to get my name out there and create my own opportunity, and make some money for the company and for myself. Now they're really getting behind it. Like you said, there are signs every single week. My T-Shirts are selling out, and I'm not even on television. It's unheard of. So, I think they have to get behind it.… As far as I know, I haven't been punished. But before I started the Youtube show, I was at the bottom of the card—the bottom. How much worse of a position could I have dropped to, you know? So it had to go up. That was my mind set. I was just sick of being at the bottom, knowing I could be so much more. It was all or nothing, basically."

On His Frustrations: "I guess I am grateful that I have a job in WWE, but that my plan my whole life. So, it's kind of expected for me. So I'm not satisfied with my spot on the card. I definitely want to move up. And that's what I'm going to do. Or at least I'm going to try my best and go out swinging. I'm not going to just sit back and say, ‘Oh, I should have done that,' or ‘I should have done this.' When my time comes to an end, I know I'll have no regrets… I've been under contract for five years. I've been on television for four. So that's a pretty long time. So many people come and go in four years. But I have all the time in the world. I'm only 26. I'm one of the youngest guys on the roster. I'm not going to stop until everyone in this world knows who Zack Ryder is."

On Creating His Character: "It was way before The Jersey Shore. I was with Curt Hawkins as the Edge Heads—a long haired blonde kid. And I needed a change. I needed something different. So I just took my real personality, turned the volume way up, cut the hair, went to all the clubs on Long Island, like GLO, and fist pumped with all my broskies until I finally found who I really was, and portrayed it to the world, throwing up the ‘LI' hand signal. And ‘Woo-woo-woo' is taking over… I'm definitely not mocking Long Island in any way, shape or form. I love where I'm from. I love Long Island. It's supposed to be showing the world about Long Island. I'm walking out there throwing up the ‘LI' hand signal. Everything's Long Island. It's showing it off. It's not mocking it in any way. So I hope no one feels that way. If they do--Oh well. I'll send them a T-Shirt.'

On Being Trained By Mikey Whipreck At Long Island's New York Wrestling Connection: "I wanted to be a wrestler my entire life, so right out of high school I found NYWC, which is in Deer Park. And, Mikey Whipreck, from the original ECW, was the trainer. And I just learned all the basics, learned everything I needed to know. Myself, Curt Hawkins, Trent Baretta —We're all the WWE and we all came out of that school. So it's definitely a good place to learn the ropes, so to speak… (Whipreck) taught us everything from headlocks to paying your taxes. He knew everything. And he was the perfect teacher because he actually experienced it, as opposed to other people who don't know anything and are training people and are basically stealing people's money."

Breaking News: 2 NXT Talents Fired

WWE released former NXT talents Michael Tarver and Jacob Novak over the weekend.

Tarver was on the original cast of NXT, and was a founding member of the Nexus.

Novak was on the most recent season of NXT, and had a mini-feud with William Regal before his elimination.

TNA Bringing Back Ex-Talents For Destination X?

At the end of Slammiversary, TNA announced in a commercial that Destination X will have an X-Division title match, an Ultimate X match and the six-sided ring, as well as past X-Division stars returning.

The word is that the company is looking for older names, such as Senshi/Low Ki, to bring back as a one-shot deal for the show. This is similar to what they did at HardCORE Justice w/ ex-ECW talents.

Mick Foley Confirms He's Leaving TNA Wrestling

Mick Foley posted the following blog addressing his release from TNA Wrestling.

A few days ago, I woke up to the harsh realization that leaving Impact Wrestling meant I couldn't take my kids to Universal Studios any time I pleased anymore. No Mummy or Simpsons without waiting, no post pre-tape rides on the Hulk-coaster. A few days from now, I will come face to face with an even harsher reality; for the first time in several years, there will be no paycheck awaiting me in the Foley mailbox. So with those two realities coinciding, I think it's only fair that I've been asking myself whether working for TNA (Impact Wrestling) was really all that bad.

The answer I keep coming to is "no" - it really wasn't all that bad. In fact, it was pretty good. Sometimes it was really good. I was treated treated with respect, paid well, and pretty much liked everyone I worked with... including Russo, Hogan and Bischoff, in case you were wondering.

I think it's always a good idea to try see problems from other people's points of view. I mentioned on Twitter a few days ago that I pushed hard for changes I thought would be beneficial to Impact, and as a result, was thought to be "difficult to work with." You know, after a few days of serious thinking, I can really see how that "difficult" label could indeed apply to me. I was incredibly critical of the company on Jeff Katz's "Geek Week" last November, did an interview with the opposition to support my book, forgot to mention the company I worked for on several interviews, took part in a handful of interviews that I was asked politely not to by the company that employed me, and lastly, sent out a fairly immature and hurtful tweet comparing my Empty Arena match with the Rock in 1999 to Impact house shows - in terms of attendance. If not for Congessman Weiner's boner shot, my "empty arena" crack may have been the most ill-thought and costly tweet of the month.

I also mentioned my "request" to be released from my contract. Actually, it began as an a legitimate offer to Terry Taylor to help trim the Impact roster of some expensive fat. I had some genuine differences creatively with Impact, and honestly didn't think the company should have to continue to pay good money to someone who had lost faith ion the product. At the time, it seemed like a pretty fair offer. But at the point we agreed to forge ahead with me as the Network rep, I should have just shut up and done the best I could in the role, at least until the Destination X show was over - at which point my departure could have become an interesting part of the show. I regret that an initial offer made in the company's best interest became a request and maybe even a demand in my own self-interest - or at least what i thought was my own self-interest.. until I realized I didn't get to go to Universal or to the mailbox anymore.

Somehow, during the exit process, I forgot the central theme of the Rally to Restore Sanity (and/or fear) - that people could disagree without being disagreeable. I think I did become disagreeable there for a few days, and ultimately, the manner in which I departed was not good for anybody involved - me, TNA, the wrestlers, or the fans. I am especially sorry that some of the things I did or said hurt Dixie Carter personally. While some of the criticisms leveled at TNA/Impact by me or others are valid, I think it's been very helpful for me to step back and visualize the landscape of the wrestling business without the faith and vision of that one specific person. Because, make no mistake about it, without Dixie's leap of faith several years ago, Impact does not exist. 100's of incredibly talented wrestlers wrestlers would not have had the chance to show what they could do on a national stage. Dozens of others, myself included, would not have been able to enjoy second chances, last chances, or have the luxury or making choices, had Dixie chosen not to invest her time, passion and money into the complicated, frustrating world of pro-wrestling/sports entertainment. For me, personally, the opportunity at TNA/Impact afforded me the chance to enjoy almost three great years with my family, while being able to explore other passions, like my work with RAINN - even while my passion for wrestling was fading.

Far too often, I was guilty of looking at the Impact glass half-empty - wishing the show and the company could be what I thought it should be, instead of seeing it half-full and appreciating TNA/Impact for what it was - a very good place to work, full of good people, who treated me and my family very well.

Jim Ross Undergoing Stomach Surgery This Week

WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross wrote a blog this weekend announcing that he'd be undergoing stomach surgery later this week. Ross also noted that his online BBQ store is temporarily closing.

On the surgery, Ross wrote the following:

"I will be undergoing abdominal surgery this week. I am bothered by a traumatic incisional hernia that needs to be addressed. My surgeon is the same one who performed colon surgery, and no, not the beloved Dr. Heiney, a few years ago on me. He's a great doctor who actually was a former Oklahoma Sooner footballer back in his college days.

This issue evolved just over the past 3-4 months and I'm told that getting it repaired now would be timely and prevent other related health issues going forward."

Kevin Nash Involved In Incident Outside Restaurant

TMZ reports that Kevin Nash has been cleared of a battery charge following a recent altercation with an adult male outside of a Florida restaurant.

According to the police report, Nash and his wife were leaving the restaurant eating dinner when a man, who is described as being inebriated, approached Nash's wife. The man became "aggressive" after Nash's wife told the drunkard to go away. Nash intervened and took the man down to the ground.

Nash held the man down until police arrived, but was arrested himself on suspicion of battery, a charge that has since been dropped due to lack of evidence.

Nash told TMZ he never should have been arrested and that he'd have a good case to file a lawsuit.

"I'm a 52-year-old fake fighter," he added. "My hands aren't deadly weapons."

Michael Tarver's Cryptic Tweet + Cena Visits A School

-- Michael Tarver announced this weekend on Twitter that he has changed his user handle to his real name.

Tarver, who has sparingly appeared on WWE programming this year, is still listed as a member of the Raw roster on the company website.

-- John Cena spoke to students at Baker High School in Baldwinsville, New York on Friday prior to a WWE live event in nearby Syracuse. While there, he discussed how he markets himself in the business world and how he conducts his life away from it.

"I think, in this day and age, too many athletes say 'I play a game for a living.' They have to realize millions of people are watching and following them...their every move," Cena said.

A story on his appearance can be accessed at http://www.9wsyr.com/

'Animal' Has Magazine Clarify His WWE Drug Policy Views

It was reported last month that WWE Hall of Famer Road Warrior Animal was removed as the guest host of a slate of recent RAW live events due to WWE's belief that he was critical of their drug testing policy in a recently published interview with Power Slam magazine.

An article was published online pertaining to his comments regarding WWE's Wellness Policy. The multi-time tag team champion stated during a subsequent interview with Minneapolis based sports radio station KFAN Sports Radio AM 1130 that his remarks were taken out of context by the writer of the online article (originally published on this website by me). He also contacted Power Slam to publish a clarification regarding his views on WWE's drug testing policy.

"My true feelings are that it is one of the most stringent drug testing policies in all of pro sports, and there's no way that any athlete can beat it," Animal says in the latest issue of Power Slam. "I was in no way slamming WWE, who gave me a great induction into the Hall of Fame. I support WWE's Wellness policy and all of the other things they do for all their athletes."

Animal participated in an interview with the magazine days before his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame and was asked about how important the larger-than-life, steroid-enhanced physiques were to the image of The Road Warriors. He was also asked if the team would have been the same force had they debuted in the modern WWE era where performers are drug tested.

"Let's be totally honest with people right now. Look at the guys that are in [WWE] now. If anybody thinks that everybody there is 100-percent clean, they've got be smoking something," he replied.

"I know they get drug tested and they do catch people, and people do get suspended, but I really don't believe that everybody gets drug tested on the same level. I know the look of a person who looks like they've been on or off [steroids]."

"When we took them, it was totally legal to carry them on you."

Animal stated last week during an interview with Between The Ropes that his brother John Laurinaitis, who reigns as WWE Executive Vice President of Talent Relations, informed him that WWE had decided to cancel his scheduled live event appearances due to his aforementioned remarks. He added that he has not spoken to WWE since.

NXT Wrestler Arrested - Impersonating Police Officer

It has come to light that WWE NXT Redemption contestant Lucky Cannon (real name Jonathan Emminger) was arrested earlier this year in Florida for impersonating a police officer.

Emminger, 27, was arrested on the morning of February 28, 2011 in Hillsbourgh, Florida and charged with falsely personating a law enforcement official. He was booked into the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 11:26 a.m. and subsequently released on $2,000 bail.

Emminger previously worked as a deputy sheriff for the Pinellas County Sheriff's Department in Pinellas County, Florida, which could explain how he was able portray himself as a member of police.

This information is coming out now because his mug shot was recently cataloged on Google Images, the most comprehensive image search on the web.

For those interested, you can click here to view Lucky Cannon's mugshot from this recent arrest.

TMZ Picks Up Story On The Hardy's Stupidity + More

-- A.J. debuted a new theme song on last night's episode of SmackDown! prior to her match against Tamina. It is a production music song called Right Now. It was composed by Tyler Van Den Berg, who specializes in "girl next door" female vocals and catchy electropop.

A.J. was asked to give her thoughts on the song on Twitter. She wrote, "It reminds me of an anime opener so clearly I love it. Plus I really didn't want some saucy sexy diva music. So not me."

-- Almost a week after the incident, TMZ posted the story of Jeff Hardy using a tazer on Matt Hardy 's girlfriend, Reby Sky.

TMZ notes that Reby, only identified as "the girl," reluctantly agreed to be tased after coaxing from both Matt and Jeff, and that she "let out a bloodcurlding shriek when the electric shock zapped her body -- instantly dropping her to the ground."

More On Goldust's Twitter Ban?, Demott Responds

-- Goldust, who has posted over 30,000 messages on Twitter since last year, was apparently told by WWE officials to cease using the microblogging website earlier this week.

Bill Demott commented on the matter, writing, "It has been brought to my attention that Goldust has been kicked off twitter....now it's gonna hit the #fan!!" He continued, "I want to know how to fix things for @wwegoldust but I am shocked that my #partner is missing."

The account is still active, but has not been used since Sunday. In recent months he would publicly block users at a moment's notice for asking trivial questions, or even for no discernible reason.

Why Cody Rhodes Doesn't Use Twitter Revealed, More

WWE SmackDown! Superstar Cody Rhodes explained in an interview with WWE Magazine why he does not use the social networking site Twitter.

"I don't want to give followers or adversaries insight into who I am. I'm thinking of having my next T-shirt read, "Cody Rhodes" on the front and, "Not On The Internet" on the back. I think Twitter is ridiculous," Rhodes said.

"If you have time to Tweet about what you're eating, I don't think you're working hard enough. I may be a workaholic—and I know I've been accused of that before—but I can't see myself Tweeting to members of the WWE Universe about how I wanted my eggs over easy and they came scrambled instead. I'll go on the record: The day Tom Hanks gets a Twitter account is the day I'll get a Twitter account."

The magazine editor then notes that Tom Hanks does in fact have a Twitter account. Ooops!

TE's Christina Crawford Speaks Out - TE/WWE, Sister, More

Tough Enough contestant, Christina Crawford, speaks for the first time about her WWE Tough Enough elimination, her injury, whether she felt responsible for Ivelisse's injury and more. Plus, we get insight into the process that lead to her joining Tough Enough: giving up her WWE developmental contract (she was Cayley Turner in FCW) to do the show. Christina also discusses her sister, WWE Diva Alicia Fox and why she wasn't billed as Fox's sister on the show. Christina also gives her opinion on Andy being crowned champion and whether she regrets giving up her developmental deal to do the show considering she didn't win.

The interview can be streamed/downloaded at http://www.diva-dirt.com/

Excerpts:

On giving up her WWE developmental contract to feature in Tough Enough: "We still had to go through the same process as everyone else as far as auditioning for the show. We did have to relinquish our contracts because the point is to get a contract through Tough Enough. [...] We went through the same process. It wasn't like a free ride at all. Once we were there we worked extremely hard to keep our spot. We all wanted to win so it wasn't a walk in the park at all."

Why she wanted to do Tough Enough: "From what I knew from past Tough Enoughs, I was like 'That sounds cool. It looked like something I could do. Of course I was nervous, but at that time in my training, I felt like I was prepared to be thrown into something different. [...] I wanted to something outside my comfort zone that would totally me, and that's exactly what happened. I feel like I've grown so much since the show, especially as an entertainer and learning how to wrestle. It's been really crazy. I'm a totally different person from where I was when I first started."

On not being referred to as Alicia Fox's sister on the show & wanting to stand out on her own: "I love my sister Alicia very much. I'm really proud of her. I think for me, I'm happy with the direction it went. I'm still Christina. I'm still trying to make my own name in this business & show people what I can do besides Alicia. Outside of work, we're attached at the hip. In work, we're two different people and we're distinguished as our two different identities. I think that was great and I really appreciated how it wasn't really a main focus of anything."

Alberto Del Rio Speaks Out - USA vs. Mexico, 'Mania, More

Alberto Del Rio recently spoke with ESPN.com about a variety of topics. Check out the highlights:

On the difference between wrestling in Mexico and the US: "I can say that I'm a better wrestler now that I'm in WWE because the way we work in WWE is totally different than what you see anywhere else. Here, we work with logic, and there's a reason for everything we do in the ring. Whether it's a dropkick or a punch, there's a reason for everything. Lucha Libre style is beautiful, but in Lucha Libre, we just do things because it looks pretty, or it looks spectacular, but there's no logic or anything. That's why I think I'm a better wrestler now."

On his first WrestleMania: "It was incredible. Everything for me I've done in WWE is new. I did my first ladder match, my first TLC match, my first WrestleMania, my first cage match. I'm enjoying every single day in WWE because now I'm a global superstar. In Mexico, I was just a superstar, now I'm a global star because of WWE."

On his favorite gimmick match so far: "My favorite was the cage match because I enjoy working with Christian. Christian is an incredible performer and my cage match against him is one of my favorite matches."

On trying to live his gimmick a la Ted DiBiase: "I heard about that, so I told Vince and Johnny (Ace) the other day, "Why don't you guys give me some money for when I'm at fancy restaurants and hotels?" They just laughed."

Kurt Angle: I Nearly Ended The Undertaker's Streak

WrestleCast as part of The Sun in the UK is featuring an interview with TNA star Kurt Angle who claims WWE was considering having him end The Undertaker's streak at Wrestlemania 22 back in 2006:

Angle said: "It was considered back in 2006. The person who wanted to do it was Undertaker himself. I was flattered, for him to go to Vince McMahon and pitch it. Undertaker at that point never had a five-star Wrestlemania moment match. He figured that the only one he could do it was me, at the time. Thank God a couple of years later he had Shawn Michaels, and it worked. But Undertaker really wanted to have that match, he asked Vince to push our match back from No Way Out to WrestleMania and, since I was champion they wanted me to keep the title, Undertaker was willing to take the loss. To me that meant a lot because Undertaker had a lot of respect for me — and I had more respect for him than he did for me."

Of course, this is Kurt Angle we're talking about so take this with a grain of salt.

Ultimate Warrior Explains Why He's Attacking Hogan

The Ultimate Warrior issued the following tweets yesterday on his feud with Hulk Hogan:

"This thing going on between Terry and I is about something bigger than each of us. It is about YOU and the worth of your life.

People can do better things with their life potential than others but NO ONE has more potential than any other to start with.

All of us are born with the potential to do great things and live great lives.

When one does, the right thing to do is influence, inspire and empower other humans that they have the potential inside themselves, too.

Terry, doesn't do this. First, he takes credit for everything. There is no room for anyone else or praise for others.

Two, he has NOT used his incredible life success experiences to learn from them: grow wiser, be a better man, be a more capable mentor.

When a man fails at this, he cannot be seen as a leader, someone to look up to or admire. Those who do see him as such have been mislead.

Given the choice between the truth and the lies, they choose lies. Life will not work if you choose lies. This is what I know of life.

This is why I fight. Not so you make me like Terry believes he is. NO, I fight so that you know you DO NOT have to tolerate lives of lies.

Live lives of truth. Inspire ME. I succeeded at being a sports entertainer, and I am proud of what we did together.

But, to me, YOU are ALL better than that. YOU can do better. You can turn the whole fucking world upside down. I can feel your power. W"

Eric Bischoff Speaks Out - Foley-TNA, Chyna's Porn, & More

Eric Bischoff was recently on Monday Night Mayhem, here are the highlights…

* The importance of talking about how TNA is actually doing as a company in the eyes of Spike TV: "People keep making statements about how TNA is not doing well, or TNA sucks, or whatever juvenile trite that comes out of their heads. It occurred to to me that no one is talking about how TNA is doing as a company. Coincidentally, I got an e-mail from Spike Television talking about last Thursday night's ratings. In the e-mail, it said that Impact Wrestling was the #1 rated show in its demo & in its time period, despite that we were up against the NBA Finals. Impact Wrestling is the #1 program on all of Spike Television. We outperform the UFC. To be able to be the #1 show on that network in prime-time is a very significant achievement. I just wanted to point that out, because not enough people are talking about the good things going out in TNA."

* How disappointed he would be if Mick Foley left TNA at the end of his contract & whether or not Mick was ever hard to work with on or off-camera: "Mick wasn't hard for me to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed the on-camera work that Mick & I had together. I think some of the best moments that I've had on camera on Impact Wrestling I've had with Mick Foley. I will miss working on camera with Mick Foley. In terms of being disappointed, as much as I enjoyed working with Mick, there's a very limited role for someone like Mick Foley, a character like me who doesn't wrestle, who is really only a talker. If you look at where Impact Wrestling is right now, there's just not a whole lot of room for more guys like me or Hulk Hogan . We just have to be the central focus of the storyline and probably will be for some time, and there's only so much real estate. A lot of that real estate has to go to guys who can deliver action in the ring."

* How big of a blow would Kurt Angle 's full-time absence be for TNA while he is training in London, England for the 2012 Olympics: "I don't think it'll be a problem at all. I'm a strong believer that when you have large characters like a Kurt Angle, or a Rob Van Dam, or a Ken Anderson, or you name it, you have to cycle those personalities out from time to time in order to keep them fresh. We have seen a lot of Kurt Angle over the last year & a half. He has been central to so many storylines that if Kurt needs some time away to pursue the Olympics, and I think the publicity surrounding that would be great for our company & for Kurt Angle himself, that it will give his character time to refresh and come back more valuable than if he would just stay around and work a full-time schedule like everyone else."

* His thoughts on Chyna's decision to restart her career in the adult entertainment industry vs. her career in professional wrestling & his reaction to her comments of TNA "missing the boat" after choosing to not bring her back to the company: "I didn't know she made the comment that TNA 'missed the boat,' but I was not excited with the fact that the company decided to bring her in for the (Sacrifice) Pay-Per-View. The initial thought was a turnoff for me, but I kept my mouth shut. When I saw her at the Pay-Per-View and saw that 'deer in the headlights' look in her eyes when it actually came time to do something, it kind of confirmed what my instincts told me. Then I read about the fact that she wants to build her career around doing anal sex videos for Vivid. I was really, really, really, really glad that I don't have to try & explain to anybody why I work in the same company as her."

I wish I was back right now and doing what I love, but things are not right and they have to be fixed. I will be 100 percent very soon and back on WWE TV and I thank all of you for your support. I have kept my head held high and I cannot thank WWE enough for their support in this time. -- Dolph Ziggler sent out a tweet today indicating that he'd be doing a "very special" photoshoot prior to RAW next Monday. It's possible this has something to do with Vickie Guerrero's upcoming bikini photoshoot.

Randy Orton Buys A New House, WWE's International Plans

-- As most of you know by now, WWE has been expanding their business internationally. The company currently has its sights set on Brazil. Rio de Jeneiro in particular is seen as an emerging economy and will be hosting both the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic games. With that being said, WWE is looking to run events there in the future.

-- Monday's episode of RAW featured 32 minutes and 23 seconds of in-ring action. This is up slightly from the previous week.

-- Current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton recently moved into a huge new home just outside of St. Louis, MO. The house purchase was picked up by a local community newspaper that advised neighbors to respect Orton's privacy at all times.

WWE Bans Goldust From Twitter?, Demott's WWE Return?

-- Goldust, who has posted over 30,000 messages on Twitter since last year, was apparently told to cease using the microblogging website by WWE officials.

In recent weeks he would publicly block users for asking trivial questions, or even no discernible reason.

-- WWE Tough Enough trainer Bill DeMott was asked on Twitter when he will be coming back to wrestle for WWE.

Demott, who last competed for WWE in 2003, said that it "could happen anytime."

FOX News Covers Ultimate Warrior-Hulk Hogan Feud

Ultimate Warrior's inflammatory online video in which he accused longtime rival Hulk Hogan of being a cocaine-using, wife-swapping "dope head" as well as a "malicious, back-stabbing operator" has garnered mainstream coverage. FoxNews.com has posted an article on the story. TMZ.com has also been covering the story.

Meanwhile, Hogan explained to a fan yesterday on Twitter why he plans on filing a lawsuit against the master of the Gorilla Press Slam.

He wrote, "Deformation of character hurts business and lives and let's people like you doubt, then follow and believe in the hate and lies."

WWE Diva Suffers 'Wardrobe Malfunction' At SD!

Rosa Mendes suffered a wardrobe malfunction during a dark match against Natalya at last night's SmackDown! taping in Roanoke, Virgina.

The match ended abruptly with the referee calling for the bell and giving the victory to Natalya. Mendes covered her chest with her arms and quickly headed to the back while numerous male onlookers cheered at ringside. Natalya attempted to keep the focus away from Mendes as she acted overly excited about the win.

The Roanoke Civic Center staff were overheard saying Mendes had suffered a "wardrobe malfunction."

Mendes commented on the matter on her Twitter account, writing: "A wardrobe malfunction that everyone wanted to see tonight."

Kharma: Ex-FCW Talent Is Lying - He's Not The Father

WWE talent Kia Stevens (a/k/a Kharma) has issued a statement denying Byron Wilcott's claim that he is the father of her child.

Wilcott, a former WWE developmental talent, posted a message on his Facebook account earlier this week claiming to be the baby's father. Stevens's legal representation issued a statement today denoting the claim as "completely false."

The statement reads: "Mr. Byron Wilcott is not the father of Ms. Stevens's baby. The post on Mr. Wilcott's Facebook page is completely false and we do not know why he would publish such a fantastical falsehood. We have contacted Mr. Wilcott through his Facebook page and have requested him to publish a retraction."

You can click here to view photos Kharma and her real-life boyfriend.

You can also click here to view photos of the guy who claims to be the 'baby daddy', Byron Wilcott.

Only in pro wrestling, folks.

Ex-FCW Talent: I'm The Father Of Kharma's Child

Ex-WWE talent Byron Wilcott posted the following on Facebook regarding fathering 'Kharma's' child:

"As some of you know my girlfriend is pregnant. Some of you know her as Awesome Kong. Most know her as Kharma. I know her as the love of my life, Kia Stevens."

"Due to this being a high-risk pregnacy I'm going to take this time and step away from the ring to concentrate on making sure her and our baby's needs are met. I will fulfill the remainder of my dates till June 12. It's not an end, just a new beginning."

Wilcott joined FCW in 2009 and was released in January of 2010. You can click here to view photos of Byron Wilcott. For what it's worth, this is NOT the same guy Kharma had been dating. Odd.

**SPOILERS** Smackdown Taping Results

- Below are the WWE Smackdown taping results from Roanoke, Virginia:

Smackdown Spoilers brought to you by www. SuperfriendsUniverse.com.

Christian to start show with promo saying that he was curious what kind of reaction he would get when he came out. If you cheered for him you understood why he did what he did last week. He says that he doesn't think anyone quite gets it. He says he is through with everyone. He is done with all his peeps and doesn't want to talk to any of his so called peeps ever again. He proceeds to call Michael Cole into the ring which he does. He tells him he believes he's earned one more shot for the World Heavyweight Championship. He says he has a lot to get off his chest. He says that he doesn't understand why the so called peeps, the same people that blew up Twitter and emails when he was screwed out of the title 5 days after he earned it. He continues with asking Cole what kind of show Teddy Long was running asking the useless fans what they think about matches and ruining his 17 years of hard work. He says that he feels disrespected by everyone and especially Randy Orton for accepting the challenge in the first place. He tells Cole to ask the people a question for him since he isn't talking to them anymore. He tells Cole to ask them if they think he should be World Heavyweight Champion. He does and the crowd boos heavy. Christian gets back on the mic and says that's what he expected that the people were clueless and he would be Champion again and he would do it himself and not share it with anyone of the fans. Good heel turn.

They show The Corre walking in the back....

Corre vs Ezekiel Jackson and The Usos in a 6 man tag match is the opening contest for Smackdown. Wade Barrett leaves in the middle towards the end of the match. Ezekiel Jackson torture racks Justin Gabriel for the win as Barrett watches from the stage. Pretty good tag match.

Backstage promo with Sheamus and Teddy Long demanding a match with Christian tonight. Teddy Long says he's going to put him with someone else that is upset and says he's going to put him with Randy Orton tonight.

Backstage promo with Slater and Gabriel telling Barrett that The Corre was over!

Trent Baretta vs The Great Khali's rookie from last year (didn't catch the name) w/ Khali at ringside. Loud USA chants during the match. Quick job match. Baretta got a small amount of offense in but was distracted by Khali when he went to the top rope setting up the finish. Khali with the vice grip after the match.

Backstage with new WWE diva AJ. Tamina gave her cheese as a welcome gift. Angie talked some junk and Tamina said that was small talk for a girl who would be alone in the ring tonight. Natalyia came up next to Angie and Tamina sniffed and asked if someone cut the cheese. Corny as hell. LOL!!!.

Tamina vs AJ is up next. Typical Divas match which ended with AJ rolling Tamina up for the win.

Randy Orton shown walking in the back...

Orton out with the World Title to a HUGE ovation. He cuts a promo about Christians promo earlier. He calls Christian out which brings us to the Titantron. Christian tells Randy to ask the fans what they want. Christian tells Randy that he wants one more match for the title. He says he was the referee last week and could have counted his shoulders but he didn't want to beat Sheamus. They make a match for Capitol Punishment. Christian then leaves and says "See you in DC Randy".. I'm guessing they will make it a triple threat or totally ignore Sheamus all together.

Backstage they show Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase talking about their partnership. Rhodes calls for his bagged and tells him to put a bag on his head and get out of his face (pointless).

Sin Cara vs Ted DiBiase is next. (Cara's pyro is EXTREMELY loud).. Sin Cara won via DQ when Rhodes grabbed him from outside the ring. Post match beat down until Daniel Bryan ran in and made the save.

Teddy Long comes out and makes it a tag team match. Cara and Bryan vs DiBiase and Rhodes is now up...Heels control most of the match except for a few spots with most of the heat on Sin Cara. Match ended when Daniel Bryan locked his submission on DiBiase from the top rope and made him submit.

Johnny Curtis in the back saying that he won NXT 3 months ago and we only saw him twice since. He said he wasn't mad but he had one of these which he revealed a potato chip on his shoulder.. Another corny joke LOL!

Backstage promo (way too many of these... Crowd is getting pissed) with Orton talking about his match with Sheamus.

Sheamus comes out. Apparently it's a No DQ match with Orton. Orton comes out to another huge ovation. Let's Go Randy chants throughout the show. Sheamus starts the match until Orton takes over shortly after. Match goes out to the floor quickly and then back in rather quickly. Typical back and forth match with little uses of weapons. Nice couple of spots with the kendo stick. Christian runs in and tried to Killswitch Orton and loses it and rolls out of the ring. Orton RKOs Sheamus and runs into a belt shot from Christian. Setting Sheamus up for a crawl to pin to end the match and show. Christian poses with the belt over Orton and leaves with the belt.

After the cameras were off Sheamus and Christian return to beat on Orton. Orton RKOs Sheamus... DiBiase and Rhodes run in and eat RKOs.

Overall a good show..

Why Miss USA Didn't Appear On RAW Last Night

She commented on not appearing by saying: "I've had a phenomenal year. I'm actually missing the finale tonight being in Vegas for the WWE wrestling show Tough Enough that Vince McMahon booked me for. I have managed to sign some autographs, though, already in Vegas for WWE fans who turned out to welcome me. But the biggest thrill came while watching the NBA Dallas-Miami finals last night. There right on the TV screen during the game was the very first commercial for Steven Spielberg's new fall movie Real Steel with Hugh Jackman, and there's little old me in it because it was my first movie role I landed after being seen on last year's Miss USA Pageant night. I had a fantastic time filming, and I know this will become a major part of my future career now that the title gets handed over to a new winner."
