The day he was scheduled to undergo surgery to have a a stent inserted into an artery near his heart, the WWE Hall of Famer got great news that his surgery was unnecessary.
Ross, who is still in the hospital, wrote on Twitter:
“No surgery required. Sore where (the doctor) explored my heart via femoral artery. Hope to get home tonight. Caught a break”

As John Cena held Wade Barrett in the STF during their bout at last night's Hell in a Cell, two mystery assailants stormed the ring — one distracting the referee while the other blasted The Champ in the head with a foreign object, knocking him out cold and giving The Nexus ringleader the duke.

My neck was fixed in 2000, I had to leave the ring because of the damage, but in my normal life and movies it's fine, although wrestling wise I'd be a total mess right now."
On One More Match: "I never thought I'd say it, but when I'm asked about one more match these days I do tend to say 'never say never'. So don't rule it out."

Dark Match Result For Tonight's Hell in a Cell PPV
The Hell in A Cell dark match was a six man tag featuring Kofi Kingston, Goldust and R Truth defeating Dolph Ziggler, Cody Rhodes and, Drew McIntyre. Before the match, when Goldust was announced, Cody went out of the ring and looked mad he had to face his brother. Cody taunted his brother a few times to get an advantage but, Goldust got the hot tag and hit his finish to get the win.

TNA Wrestling officials are hopeful that the disclosure of "They" at Bound for Glory will hook a number of fans to purchase the pay-per-view event. The widespread assumption amongst the TNA locker room is that "They" will be revealed as a combination of Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff and possibly Jeff Jarrett.
Though D'Angelo Dinero cut what was described as a 'heelish promo' on Thursday's iMPACT!, many believe he, Sting and Kevin Nash will turn babyface once "They" is revealed.

Brutus Beefcake To TNA Update, Kurt Angle Upset w/ Abyss
-- As noted several days ago here on the website, former WWE talent Ed Leslie (a/k/a Brutus Beefcake) said on the Miami sports talk radio show The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz Friday that he's joining Hulk Hogan in TNA Wrestling. He noted they're going to be "starting from scratch and going nWo style." It should be noted that he's said this before and nothing has ever happened. As of last word, TNA wasn't interested.

-- In the new WWE Magazine, Daniel Bryan stated that he used to use the theme song "Final Countdown" by Europe after reading it was considered one of the worst songs of all time. Bryan also said that he began using it as a gag but it "really caught on." Report: Kurt Angle Signs New TNA Contract
Kurt Angle has been discussing more lately about doing only about another year of active wrestling and then moving into acting.
Angle recently agreed to terms with TNA on working another year with the comapny. This is believed to be both Angle and TNA agreeing to an option year because his original deal with the company was a three year contract that ended in late 2009 with two one year options.
