It was announced at this week's WWE Smackdown taping that WWE World Champion Edge will face Alberto Del Rio in a Ladder match for the Championship belt.
WWE Extreme Rules will take place on May 1, 2011 at the St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Florida.
