- Jackson continues to rehab his torn quadriceps that he tore four months ago. The normal timetable for a return is six to nine months. He is working out heavy and is even back doing dead-lifts in the gym.
Jackson's goal is to be better than he was prior to surgery where he had his torn quadriceps re-attached. The original injury occurred at the April 10th Smackdown house show in Glasgow, Scotland in a bout against Kane. The injury occurred when he took a bad bump off the ring apron.
Jackson has been under the care of Dr. Jeffrey Dugas at the Dr. James Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center. Dugas performed the surgery on Jackson a few days after the injury occurred in Birmingham, Alabama.
